Master of Biotechnology in University of Toronto is a 24 month, course-based professional degree with incorporation of science and business courses with 8-12 months of work experience in the biotechnology, medical device and biopharmaceutical sectors.
The students come to the programs with strong work ethic, and learn how to operate effectively in teams and develop their leadership skills. They gain excellent opportunities to build communications skills through frequent presentations to the class, and to the wider community. Innovative thinking and entrepreneurship are actively encouraged.
The students need to pass some credits:
Science courses (includes credits for seminar series)
Work Term courses
Elective credits (can be another Work Term or graduate level science or business courses)
